Matthew Cule & Yan Xu established M&Y Data Solutions
in 2001 and under their direction pioneered the offshore data
capture industry in China. Today, M&Y is the leading China
based provider of data capture and business processing outsourcing
(BPO) services. Our customers in the UK, US, Australia and China
are serviced through our two global delivery centres located
in south and north China collectively employing more than 2,100
people. Both Matthew and Yan have been repeatedly recognized
as outstanding entrepreneurs by the Chinese government.
Matthew's background combines sound fiscal governance with
technical innovation to bring exceptional business acumen
to the company. He has travelled extensively, pioneering the
business development activities of M&Y Data Solutions
in Asia, Australia, Europe and the USA. Matthew holds a Master
of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales,
Australia and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Leicester,
UK.
Yan's background combines engineering and management science
to bring both a solid technology base and rich managerial
experience. He set up the company's two global delivery centres
in 2001 and 2006 respectively. Yan holds a Master of Commerce
degree from University of New South Wales, Australia and a
Bachelor of Information Systems Management from the North
Eastern University, China.
